The following Terms and Conditions in their version valid at the time of the order shall apply exclusively to the business relationship. Deviating terms and conditions shall only be accepted by us with our prior express written consent.

We endeavour to photograph and describe the products offered as realistically as possible. However, due to the digital representation there may be unwanted deviations in the color reproduction.
The maximum dimensions of the products are always stated in the item description and also serve as a realistic description of the products.
There may be minimal deviations from the photographed sleeping bag and the one the customer purchases. These are sleeping bags sewn by hand. The sleeping bag shown is for demonstration purposes only.
2.
Your order is considered as a contract offer according to these AGBs. We assume no obligation to accept your order – the automatically sent order confirmation only indicates the receipt of the order. Acceptance is deemed to have been given when the goods are dispatched or a further order confirmation is issued by us.
3.
All prices are given in Euro.
Due to the exemption after § 19 UStG no value added tax is raised.
4.
All goods remain our property until full payment of the invoice amount including all ancillary costs.
5.
The personal data, which we need for the execution or termination of the sales contract, are stored by us, but are not passed on to third parties.
6.
We assume no liability for printing errors.
7.
We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use of our articles.

Every use and duplication without permission is forbidden. Reprinting or copying as well as unauthorized digital duplication (also in extracts) is also prohibited.
9.
Notification of defects.
Please inform us immediately of any defects or transport damage, but no later than 5 days after delivery of the goods. After this period, warranty rights due to an obvious defect are excluded. If we receive notification of defects or transport damage in good time, we shall endeavour to refund the payment made or to send you a comparable item. Since the sleeping bags are self-stitched pieces and the material used is not always in stock or can be ordered, a replacement cannot be guaranteed.
